Pikesville Paradise

We transformed the entire first floor—powder room, kitchen, breakfast room, family room, living room, dining room, and patio—into a retreat fit for a staycation because every day should feel like one.

Custom-built ins in the living room turned this space into the perfect office abode, complete with a custom bi-fold glass door and built-in storage. The once-underused dining room is now a whimsical library room. Look closely, and you’ll spot the textured wallpaper, granite counters, a built-in magnetic charging station, and, of course, a library ladder clad in hot pink!

As we move through this haven, the family room takes center stage with its upscale transformation—featuring a shiplap wall with gallery lighting, a refreshed fireplace with the perfect tile, a bold statement wall, and a mix of antique and transitional furniture.

Continuing through the kitchen, where custom stools complement the island, we arrive at the breakfast room. Here, a one-of-a-kind masterpiece of a table was built specifically for our hustle-and-bustle family, always making time for dinners together.

Other areas we focused on include the powder room and patio.
