Our two processes can work independently or together depending on your project needs!
Leading into the schematic review; we are busy at work taking field measures, creating the CAD drawings, working behind the scenes to prepare your overall concept to include; space planning, the overall layout, built ins and finishes.
Good news! You have seen the direction we are going in and we have taken notes during the first review to incorporate any and all revisions; between the 1st and 2nd schematic review we are busy “finalizing” your 3d walk-through and narrowing down the finishes and selections that will go into creating the ultimate dream space.
Now that we have finalized the floorplan, configuration, finishes, and selections, it's time to obtain quotes from our partners and collaborators. Depending on the scope of construction, we may engage with multiple partners and meet them on-site. This approach allows us to walk them through the plan and review the scope of work for an accurate quote. It also signifies that your overall design has been approved, providing us with sufficient information to facilitate precise and comprehensive quotes.
During this meeting we will be reviewing all quotes and finalizing all decisions. Deposits are collected and our partners are setting up the timeline with you to begin the work!
Elevations have been completed, the plan has been reviewed, and materials have been ordered! Now it’s time for the final walkthrough with our GCs to pass the torch to them for leading the implementation. During the construction phase of your project, we will utilize PM hours to conduct site visits, ensure the design is implemented according to plan, and address any questions or concerns that arise from our partners. We charge hourly for this because it’s impossible to predict what may or may not come up during this phase.
The field measures, and CAD drawings, and completed schematic are being used to finalize all of the design elements for soft furnishings; we are hard at work creating the ultimate design concept and selecting the perfect pieces of furniture for your space. During our first design review we cannot wait to show you everything we have been hard at work doing!

Construction has been completed ( if applicable); all furnishings are in the warehouse; we are busy at work coordinating installation of window treatments, wallpaper, hanging pictures and staging all the furniture! Today is the day everything comes together.
